to get the most out of your visit with the us at the Splash Salon & Spa,
please review the following:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, as a courtesy to other clients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. When receiving a color service please be sure to wear a robe. If you feel that you would be more comfortable or better served by another member of our team, please let us know.
Children, when not receiving services, are allowed in the reception area when supervised by an accompanying adult.
To create a more enjoyable experience for all of our guests, please turn your cell phone ringer to silent or vibrate while in the salon.
As a courtesy to all of our clients, we will call to confirm your appointment the day before your service.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary,
we request a minimum of 24 hour notice.
We understand that life gets in the way sometimes, and you may not be able to commit to your appointment. After three (3) same-day cancellations or missed appointments, you will be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or debit cards.
To reward our stylists for improving their skills , Splash Salon and Spa employs the European level system of pricing for hair services. In this system as stylists improve their skills through continuing education, their services are priced accordingly. This allows you to choose the level of experience you require.
